1. Remove STINK FREE Poop Scoop bag from sleeve and unfold.
2. Hold scooping collar open with one hand. With other hand, reach up and under outer skirt (between waste bag and outer skirt) - grasp ends of scooping collar between thumb and forefinger - squeeze to open (like squeezing a paper cup).
3. Scoop poop into waste bag using sleeve and scooping collar.
4. After collecting waste, place sleeve into waste bag.
5. With free hand, pull outer skirt up over scooping collar. Pull draw tape to close. Patent No. 5,280,978. Made in the USA. 10 Poop Scoops per package.
