SHIPPING METHOD
STINK FREE DIRECT processes most shipments ground UPS. Shipment cost is based on weight and destination tables that are calculated by UPS, which can be viewed in the check-out process. In order to expedite delivery PLEASE PROVIDE US WITH A PHYSICAL SHIPPING ADDRESS when you fill out your order form. UPS will not deliver to P.O. boxes. UPS does not deliver on Saturday, Sunday or certain holidays. We ship only to street addresses within the contiguous 48 states of the United States of America. We do not deliver to P.O. Boxes, APO / FPO addresses, international locations or U.S. Territories. Most orders ship out within 2 or 3 business days but we cannot verify exactly which day your order will arrive, even if you choose to pay for expedited UPS delivery. Large orders or orders that include case/s of products may be shipped from a separate warehouse, which might be shipped as split shipments and may require a few extra days.

BACK ORDERS
Inventory balances fluctuate as products are sold and stock is being replenished, and occasionally we may run out of certain products. In this event, we usually hold your order until the missing inventory is here, then ship out the complete order. Most items ship within 2 weeks. Just because the item you ordered is NOT identified as out-of-stock does not necessarily mean that it will be in-stock at the moment you order it. Be sure to give us your current email address and phone number so that we can contact you if there are back orders or other problems.

DAMAGED SHIPMENTS
We make every effort to safely secure and ship all packages. Merchandise damaged during shipping should be reported to the carrier within 24 hours of receipt. SAVE the damaged merchandise, shipping label, invoice or packing slip AND ALL SHIPPING MATERIALS. The shipping company may wish to inspect the merchandise and packaging before placing the claim. If it is a UPS shipment call UPS with the tracking number on the label within the first 24 hours to report the damage. When we receive a settlement report from the shipping company we will resend new products to replace the damaged products as necessary.

SF, Inc. stands behind STINK FREE products with a 100% product refund or credit for customer satisfaction. Please contact the manufacturer (phone number on the packaging) or us within 30 days if you have a problem. Warranty does not include any use of the products that does not fall into the designed use of the product as intended by the manufacturer.

ORDER CANCELLATION POLICY
We make every attempt to ship out your order as soon as possible. Cancellations will be honored when we receive complete cancellation information from you BEFORE the order has been shipped out.

In addition, we reserve the right, at our discretion, to cancel your order and completely and immediately refund your money, if we find problems with your order such as delivery problems, technical website or ordering issues, product unavailabilities that we could not foresee, or other problems that would inhibit us from satisfactorily fulfilling and delivering your order. In such an event your transaction would be completely and immediately refunded in the same manner in which it was paid.

RETURNS
Our goal is to provide customers with timely service in the event a return is necessary. PLEASE CONTACT STINK FREE DIRECT TO RECEIVE A RETURN AUTHORIZATION NUMBER BEFORE RETURNING PRODUCTS within 30 days of purchase date. Then with your return be sure to include a copy of your original invoice, the return authorization number, product information, (including item number, size, color, quantity) and reason for return, and the requested action you would like us to take with your returned product/s. Product returns will go to one of two addresses, depending on what the order is: either to SF Inc, Refunds Department, 7803 N. Kickapoo, Shawnee, OK 74804, or to STINK FREE DIRECT, Refunds Department, 3233 NW 21ST Street, Oklahoma City, Oklahoma 73107. The method of refund will be determined by the original method of payment. NOTE: Refunds sent with no Return Authorization will be returned to the sender.
