How do I return an item?

Refund/Return Policy:

Our goal is to provide customers with timely service in the event a return is necessary. Please contact Stink Free Direct to receive an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization number) before returning products, within 30 days of ship date. Then with your return be sure to include a copy of your original invoice, the RMA, product information and reason for return, and the requested action you would like us to take with your returned product/s. Product returns will go to one of two addresses, depending on what the order is and the reason for returning: either to Stink Free, Refunds Department, 7803 N Kickapoo, Shawnee, OK 74804, or to Stink Free Direct, Refunds Department, 3233 NW 21st St, Oklahoma City, OK 73107. The method of refund will be determined by the original method of payment. NOTE: Refunds sent with no RMA may not be credited.

If an item is received damaged or is incorrectly shipped by us please contact UPS (or other shipping company as appropriate) or Customer Support immediately, retain all products and shipping materials to make available to the shipping service should they require it. Refunds may be contingent upon inspection of item(s) once we receive it. There may be a 15% restocking fee for returned items that are not being exchanged and are not damaged. Contact us within 30 days of the shipping date if you intend to return any item sent from our store. Items returned to us after 30 days and without contacting us, may not be eligible for a refund. Customer may be responsible for shipping costs.
