STINK FREE DIRECT processes most shipments UPS or USPS. Shipment cost is based on weight and destination tables that are calculated by FedEx or UPS, and can be viewed in the check-out process. PLEASE PROVIDE US WITH A PHYSICAL SHIPPING ADDRESS when you fill out your order form. FedEx will not deliver to P.O. boxes, APO/FPO addresses and does not deliver on Saturday, Sunday or certain holidays. We occasionally use the U.S. Post Office on certain lighter weight products as we deem it most effective. We only ship within the contiguous 48 states of the United States of America. Most orders ship out within 2 or 3 business days. We do not offer expedited or overnight delivery. Large orders and/or case orders may be shipped in split shipments and may require a few extra days. It is important that you give us accurate contact information and shipping address. You may be help accountable for shipping and return shipping fees if you provide us with inaccurate, incomplete or undeliverable shipping information and the shipment is returned. Report merchandise damaged during shipping to the carrier within 24 hours of receipt. SAVE the damaged merchandise, shipping label, invoice or packing slip AND ALL SHIPPING MATERIALS. The shipping company may wish to inspect the merchandise and packaging before placing the claim. If it is a FedEx or UPS shipment call them with their tracking number on the label within the first 24 hours to report the damage. When we receive a settlement report from the shipping company we will resend new products to replace the damaged products as necessary.
